The first thing we to taste is “ Banh Mi “ the most famous local street food in Vietnam and delicious as well .Wholesale flower market is the next stop ,to see how busy of local right there . Banh cuon is something similar to fresh spring roll , tasting and move to the local seafood restaurant . There are 3 top dishes to try : clam steam with lemon grass , barbecue giant shell and shrimp .

. Then follow the local noise heading to the  favorite place to all the local in China town –  Roasted duck , roasted pig and Chinese noodle and dumpling area- where you can taste the best dumpling in Saigon .

After that follow the newest boulevard  Võ Văn Kiệt  along the Tau hu canal driving back to the center , another place you can’t miss – Banh xeo ( pancake ) with more than 50 years reputation . Right there you can try something different like : bo nuong la lot , cha gio  ( spring roll ) , bi cuon ( fresh spring roll ) , nem lui ( beef ball barbecue ) …..and try local beer “ 333 “ .. What’s a life !
